At Bondi Wash Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural home and body products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the products back to our Canadian distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
